Wholesale Policies Order Policies You can order by phone and via email. If you are a first time
customer please email your name, the business's name, address, phone number
and your resale number if in California. There is a $100.00 minimum on all wholesale orders. Once order
is received it will be mailed out within 7 days or delivered on our next
scheduled delivery day. Any order to be mailed of $500.00 or more will
require a 50% deposit before the order can be shipped. Local customers are given an invoice and pay either with cash
or check at the time of delivery. When plants are sent out an itemized
receipt will be included with the package(s). Payment Policies Raccoon Ridge accept checks, money orders and PayPal, when
making your order, please let us know your preferred payment choice. Payment
is due 15 days after receiving order. If a customer is 30 days late on a
payment we will not fill any new orders until payment is received. Customers
60 days or more delinquent with their payments, may be subject to a late fee
of $25.00 and, or cancellation of their account with us. After a customer has
clears their balance, they will have to pay prior to any future orders
mailed. We charge a $25.00 fee if a check bounces and depending on the
situation the customer may be subject to having their account cancelled. We are an understanding business and know the state of the
economy. To easy a customer's burden we are willing to discuss other
arrangements. Any payment changes need to be done prior to making an order or
when opening an account with us. Local Deliveries: The local Northern California areas
we currently deliver are: Sonoma Co. Marin Co. all of the East Bay and San
Francisco, Mendocino Co. and Humboldt Co. We do deliveries bi-weekly during April
thru September and monthly October thru March. We deliver potted plants,
labeled and ready for sale. Please see availability list of our current
stock. Mail Order: We sell to mostly small nurseries
throughout the United States, sorry no exporting at this time. We ship only
bare-root Priority Mail (2 to 3 day). It is recommended that you plant them
