Our wholesale customers get first pick and whatever is not spoken for will be auctioned off on eBay this coming February 2010. Contact Rhiannon for information concerning these Collector’s plants. Basic care instructions are now available. You can print them out for your retail customers or refer them to our website to view them. Hey, Wholesalers have you been checking the Availability and Pricelists lately? Those two pages are now updated. They are updated on a bi-weekly basis. Just in Drosera ‘Ivan’s Paddle’. A sub tropic Drosera that needs to stay above 50 degrees F and like very defused light and a humid environment. We have quite a few so they will be available to our local customer, a few for eBay and plenty for our other wholesale customer’s.

Who are we?

We are a wholesale nursery that specializes in carnivorous plants from all around the world. Our main focus is the Sarracenia also known as the American Pitcher Plant, Dionaea m. the Venus Fly Trap and Drosera the Sundew. On a smaller scale we offer Pinguicula known as the Mexican Butterwort, Nepenthes the Tropical Pitcher Plant and Cephalotus the tiny pitcher plant from Australia.

Our Mission Statement

Through education and propagation we want to help conserve this unique category of plants. We share freely our cultivation knowledge and love when others share their insights. *See growing tips. We donate to non-profit organizations such as Watson Rare Native Plant Preserve and Meadowview Biological Research Station and belong to the International Carnivorous Plant Society, the Bay Area Carnivorous Plant Society and the National Association for Sarracenia Conservation. Every spring we go into local classrooms to educate young people about these unusual plants. In these lectures we cover geographic, diversity, growing, cultivation and finally conservation.

Retail

The only retail sales we do are on eBay and at the Bay Area Carnivorous Plant Society meetings. If you’re going to attend a meeting, please feel free to send us a wish list of plants you’re looking for and if they are available we’ll bring along.

Wholesale

Local Deliveries: Our local Northern California areas we currently deliver are Sonoma Co. Marin Co. all of the East Bay and San Francisco, Mendocino Co. and Humboldt Co. We do deliveries bi-weekly during April thru September and monthly October thru March. We deliver potted plants ready for sale. Please see availability list of our current stock.

Mail Order: We sell to mostly small nurseries throughout the United States, sorry no exporting at this time. We ship only bare-root and recommend that you plant them up at least three to six months prior to selling.

Access to the online plant availability list is restricted to only businesses that have a resale number or other proof of business ownership. To get access you must contact us.
